Hand surgeon Dr. Shailesh Gupta of Indore,MP,India has performed more than 6000 hand Surgeries in his career(till march 2021) . He deals with all the problems of hand & upper extremities including Microsurgery, Plastic surgery, Orthopaedic Surgeries ,Vascular ,Neural Surgeries of Hand & Upper extremities.

For hand surgery & microsurgery he has been trained in world’s best institute Christine M. Kleinert institute for hand & microsurgery,university of Louisville,KY,USA in year 2001-2002.before that he had been microvascular scholer at Chang Gum hospital ,Taiwan.he has done his masters in Orthopaedics in year 1997 then acquired further skills in hand surgery at places like Indore,Bombay,India etc.

• He was a executive council member of Indian Society of Surgery of Hand (ISSH)-2011-2013

• He is also international member of American Society of Surgery of Hand (ASSH).

• He was executive committee member of MP Orthopaedic Association (2014-2016).

Dr. Gupta Hand surgery specialist has special interest in treating Hand injuries, nerve injuries, doing tendon transfer, ligamentous injuries of the digits, managing the various affection of wrist like kienbocks disease, scaphoid fractures(fresh & nonunions) along with carpal instability.

His work on distal radius fracture has been appreciated in various conferences.

He is first in central India to performed the functional replantation of hand.

Besides the above problems, he is also managing common problems of the hand like carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, dequerven’sdisease, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow & various type of contractures.
